I, Dr. Hemraj Soni , a common main travelling in Indian railway has complaint against a staff at ANTAH (ATH)railwat station. It was 5/11/13 on ANTAH (dist. Baran , Rajasthan) railway station, when I asked Mr. S.K. Mangalam (? Deputy station master)for coach position of arriving train Dayodaya Express (Train 12181)as station is small and only 2 min stay for get in with my family n kids. Mr. S.K. Mangalam behaved very bad with abusive words and denied for any help. He also threatenedme . He was in white dress probably his name was Mr. S.K. Mangalam. When I asked his name , he said see outside , it is in very big letters….
Is was very sad incident , indicating misbehave and injustice with his duty…..So plz do needful in this regard as it reflect wrong face of Indian railways…
