Indian Railways - Because of time irregularity of REWANCHAL Express, i missed my next train

I have booked my railway e-ticket from irctc website from rewa to
bhopal rewanchal express 2186 on 11- Sep- 2009 (S2 , 28)
(PNR-********49) which is scheduled to reach at bhopal at 6:00 AM but
it got delayed by 2:30 hrs and reached 8:30 AM because of this issue i
missed my another train jaipur-chennai ( 2968 ) (PNR-252-6200576)
express on 12-sep-2009 which was scheduled to depart by 7:20 AM.

Due to IRCTC website workflow i was unable to cancel my ticket any
getting error message chart hasbeen preprared for this train ,you can
not cancel this ticket.

I am not only the one passanger who facing this problem but my others
also.

I want my fare back from IRCTC also want to make some changes in
website to trouble shoot this issue.

I m travelling in rewanchal Express in lower seat sleeper... I can't even sleep properly and I m feeling nausea becoz of so much jerking by train .. kindly update this problem ... so many people suffer from this prob while traveling in rewanchal...
