Dear Sir,
This is the fourth time,I request you to PLEASE TERMINATE MY CARD WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
My Card no is 4339 4887 1864 1245.
The outstanding showing against my name is not my spends,however due to no fault of me I have paid card repayment of Rs.300 and Rs.600 subsequently to M/s.Third Eye Services,Lalbaug,Mumbai thru Receipt no. C 1019316.
On paying the said amount I was told that I would not get any calls regards to outstandings and would receive a Settlement letter to that effect.I have till date not received the settlement letter as promised termination, but the harassment calls continue saying the card is not yet terminated.
I protest such harassment calls from you, though not using your card for my purchases(I have paid twice,what I purchased on your card).
The amount outstanding is still the interest on the amount outstanding on the insurance policy of ICICI Lombard which was unnecessary dumped on me.
I shot a mail to Lombard after which they terminated the policy,but your interest on the same still continues.
THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER HAPPY CUSTOMER LOYAL SITUATION for you.
WILL I EVER GET A PROPER SOLUTION TO THE ABOVE PROBLEM?
