Respected Sir,

I am Kamlesh Sharma from Ahmedabad. On date 20th December 2009 I was in Mumbai due to some personal works of mine. I was at Bandra Terminus, Platform No. 1 at about 5 o\'clock. I was new in Mumbai so I was unaware about the Ticket Window of Bandra Terminus and I was searching for ticket window. Suddenly a ticket checker came to me and asked me for the ticket. I told him the reason and I agreed to pay the fine of 253/- Rupees as told by him. Then he took me to The Chief Ticket Collector\'s Office and The Chief Ticket Collector asked me for 253/- Rupees as fine. I gave him 253/- rupees and asked for the receipt. He told him that what will you do with the receipt, go away. We don\'t give receipt to any one, get lost. I am sure that the ticket collectors of Bandra Terminus and The Chief Ticket Collector are running a scandal of not giving the receipt to the offenders and the money in they collect in name of fine is directly going in their pockets. In short they are illegaly collecting the fine amount and instead of forwarding the fine amount to railways they are filling their own pockets. Please take necessary steps towards such kind of railway employees

Thanking You.
Kamlesh Sharma,
