I am writing this mail after numerous tries of getting somebody listen to the problem i am facing at bagittoday.com. i have written them numerous mails with no replies; numerous calls without any call backs. though i am lucky that i did not make payment through credit card. my order number is 1001856933 for which i am chasing the team for over 2 weeks now without getting ay response from them. Its a sheer shame how a company who has a umbrella of India today operates. bagittoday is a example why people should not shop online; their incompetency and inconsiderate behavior is clearly reflecting in their approach towards delivery.
