Too much poor service by Mr.Umashankar Das, attendant of B-1 coach in Mahananda Ex.(Train No. 14084) on dated 31st July'2012.
My self travelling with this PNR No.2********8 on the date mentioned above.
This is for your kind information and for improvement in your service. I saw many time this situation on coach attendants, but he is too much than others.
Please take necessary action.
