My family and I have travelled this morning in Mysore express 16231 train and got down at Hosur railways station but it was too early and poor lighting at Hosur station around 4.20 AM. when the vehicle arrived at hosur, we were not able to know which place train was stopped. It would be better if the announcement system was working at hosur railways station when the train arrived. When asked duty station master this money about the announcement, his reply was no announcement will be done once the train reached the station. if the announcement was done, it would be better to find out the station early. By doing so, we will not get down anyother place. it will lead to unnecessary problem for communters. To my surprise, we were in unreserved compartment with too many senior citizen and children. they got down while the passengers are boarding at hosur railways station.

What i request is please make the audio announcement system work while the training is arriving and as well as departing.

Always trains are leaving/arriving only for platform 2 if it is a long distance trains. It is really adding incovience to chlidrens and senior citizen to catch the trains
