service - ATVM at dockyard road and reay road are not working. touch screen need replacem.

ATVM at the following stations are not working since 7 days Budlapur, Vashi subway. when contracted to SM. He said that it is not maintained by the private co. their engineer comes and goes. it works for few mins and again it is down. please do the need full .
Complainant's Goal: ATVM should be repair at all cost.
