CITIBANK India - ATM CASH DEPOSIT IS NOT REFLECTED

We have deposited a cash deposit of 35000.00 at Indiranagar branch ATM in Bangalore.The deposit was made in 2 envelopes, one with Rs.5000.00 and second with Rs.30000.00.
The deposit of only 5000.00 is updated/reflecting in our account so far and 30000.00 is missing.

The customer care is so clueless about this loss and our repeated enquiries are not resulting into any advances. Its disappointing and serious matter of security for bank like Citi group to be unaccountable on such aspects.

If anyone is aware or has been in this situation we are seeking out of help in Bangalore.

Transaction numbers are:009829 and 009830.

I support this complaint. I made a deposit of 30,000Rs on 4th Feb & another deposit of 30,000Rs on 5th Feb. None of these deposits are reflecting in the account. I called Citibank and they told they will revert on 11/12th Feb. This is causing a nervous breakdown for me. How can such things go unaccounted? If cash is deposited into my account, it should reflect within 2 business days. This is simply unacceptable by Citibank.

My case number as lodged with Citibank is 4411024935.

I hope Citibank resolves this ASAP!
