Dear Concerned,

I have applied for a new passport on 25-08-2010 . My police verfication have also cleared. It is been approximately 4 Months, still my passport is not yet delivered.
Online Status shows that "Passport number J5268347 is allotted. Passport dispatch is underway" for the last around 22 days.

My passport applicatio details are:

DOB : 01-01-1984


I would kindly request you to do the needful to dispatch the passport to me as earliest as possible.
