i purchased three numbers of airtel prepaid
1. ********24
2. ********02
3. ********28
the first two numbers are permanently disbarred ,due to wrong verification(as per airtel)
but in answer at that time when airtel reprentative visited my residence the house was under renovation and he didnt made a single effort in contacting me as he was having my mobile number and this wrong way of verification lossed me about 3000 rs/- the cost of phone and the balance in it.and after that i contacted airtel office for verfying my new temporary address , the did not done anything and after 15 days of disconnection they said we can not do anything you have to suffer a loss as per polcies of airtel
secondly, my third was also barred due, no non receiving of documents
but, from my end at the time purchasing new number i submitted all the required documents in proper order and my number was also activated and i made some calls from it,how can it possible that without receiving documents i made outgoing from that number this suffered me a loss of rs 2000/-
