I had appllied for the disconnection of my broadband connection 01142778563 on the 09 Jan 2011. subsequently i recieved a confirmation call where it was confirmed that the connection would be discontinued.But till now i am recieving the bills and calls from executives taht pls pay my bill Pls look into my credit history for past four years where there would be no single instance of payment default from my end Till 28-jan - 2011 my service for disconnection was not enntertained i again made arequest on the 28-Jan My service req no was 1356510 Such behavior will only drive away a customer from taking up your services again Pls look into my request and respond Whether my connection has been cancekled or not or what are your good intentions about disconnecting it I had made my request for disconnection on the 9 Jan 2011 and have paid my dues till 8 Jan 2011Pls revert
