Airtel Delhi - Airtel is continuously deducting money unnecessarily from my mobile phone

Sir,
Since last two/three months from mobile phone (********06) Airtel has been deducting 30 paise continuously daily without any reason and showing a message "your last call/sms charges". I called Airtel Customer Care several times and they informed that I am using Internet / GRPS etc. which is totally false. I do not know how to use Internet/GRPS and please note that I do not have this type of facility in my mobile. That means Airtel is just stealing money from me and from crores of customers and making money. This is totally illegal.
Please do something to stop deducting money unnecessarily from my mobile.
