Airtel Digital TV - Airtel Dth : Recharge not credited to Airtel DTh Account

I am Jaspreet singh, Airtel DTH customer id 3002752455
I had made online recharge to my account on 24.12.2010 through my ICICI bank card (AC no 002********7 ) online through your website, which does not appear in my account
as viewed by me on internet. The payment was made by login to
your http://www.airtel.in/digitaltv.
amount was debited from my icici account and recipt of transection is BIL/1********/airtel dth/AIRTELDTH_MI. but my airtel dth account not showing the amount credited to airtel dth account.
i had already contacted customer care but no response till now.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money credited to Airtel Dth account or back to my bank account.
