Airtel DTH Error Code B001. My consumer id is 3004069687. This connection was installed on 16-05-2010, however since 10-06-2010 there is no signal and the screen shows error code B001. I have got 4 month free charges in this plan.Their customer service no. 12180 is a nightmare to get through to. However, after 2 day of trying i made a complaint (No. 3060813).and send a sms to contact on ********14, (Dealer), & said contact to your nearest Dealer,but regullary calling them(Dealer). no body send someone to solve the porblem.
After all these, i decided to take the help of this forum to get speedy action.
I hope this matter is disposed of at the earliest.
