Airtel Digital TV - Airtel Digital Payment option....

Since 5 days i am trying to pay the amount for my AIRTEL DIGITAL TV charges in advance, as my subscription is going to be expired on 3rd March 2011. As Airtel people are reminding me daily with a alert message. But unfortunately the website is very slow. Even the login page does not open properly or sometime if the payment option comes but the payment is not going through. Now a days most of the service providers encourage people to use the online option. But here in the case of Airtel they are seems to be way behind. I have to pay this subscription as soon as possible. Otherwise my connection may be barred. So now who will be responsible , whether me or the Airtel. I need my connection be continued until i able to pay my subscription online because I always paid my bills online only.
