ORDER NO.426351 DT. 25/5/2010, RECEIVED ON 06/06/2010,
PRODUCT NAME: NICHICA RECHARGABLE TABLE LAMP.
NAAPTOL DID NOT SEND RECHARGING CODE DC 4.5V TO RECHARGE THE TABLE LAMP. HOW WILL I RECHARGE THE BATTERY. IT IS IMPLIED THAT RECHARGABLE BATTERY MUST HAVE THE RECHARGING ELECTRIC CODE. IT WAS NOT CLEARIFIED BY THE SELLER OVER PHONE THAT I HAVE TO BUY SEPERATE ELECTRIC CODE TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY. I PAID Rs.999/- FOR THE PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH Rs. 999/- I FEEL NAAPTOL HAS CHEATED ME.
Complainant's Goal: I REQUIRE ELECTRIC CODE FOR RECHARGING THE LAMP.
