No complain book present at kharagpur station. On request of a complaint from the Station master, he informed that the comlpaint book was already full and thus provided me a white sheet of paper to write a complaint.
Complainant's Goal: To replace the old and filled complaint book with a new one

Sir I booked my e-ticket in Kalinga Utkal exp,
from kharagpur to puri,reservation counter allowed me to do this reservation where as recaintly I came to know that this train doesn't run through kharagpur station.....now I am in trouble.what should I do now?
