BSNL Limited - About delay in shifting Telephone by BSNL

Hi

I have applied for shifting of telephone in Dec 2009 in Bangalore from Vijaynagar to Rajarajeshwari Nagar.

It is been 3 months since and no response from BSNL.

It was horrible tracing customer service, their officials to answer the query.

Already 2 bills are posted without having the services.

Please let me know how to put consumer case on the same.

I need a reply or re-imbursement due to non-service from BSNL

I have submitted a transfer of telephone connection for more than one and half month. And personally visited bsnl officer twice, he has given line man no, but if we call him he tells coak and bull story

I had asked for a shift of telephone within the same area and in Chickallasandra area on 13th Oct 2010 but even two days have passed nothing has been done. Please take the same on priority.
