Dear Sir/Madam,


I have complaint several times for the train number 2392/2391 Shramjeevi Express from New Delhi to Rajgir and 2402/2401 Magadh Express from New Delhi to Islampur.

These trains are late from last 12 to 16 months and no action being taken to resolve this problem. General public are suffering because of this and its poor management. Magadh Vikramshila was a single train and it was divided in to two separate trains to run Magadh on right time but this train is treated like an orphan. It starts on time but stopped any where and rest of the trains will cross Magadh express.

Please try to understand the problem faced by the passengers are who are travelling in this train.

Either we should change the timings for these trains or railway should stop these trains forever. You cannot imagine the problem which is faced by the passengers.

Priority for Shramjeevi Express and Magadh express is very low and because of this the trains are getting delayed. There was time when Magadh was compared with Rajdhani Express but now its worst.

I hope action will be taken by the concern department very soon and will get rid of this problem.
