Dear Sir/ Madam

This is in regard to the order placed by me bearing reference no. 29084605 & Tracking Number is 5********86

The product deal was for 5 shirts which are shown below in your own advertisement. Keeping in mind your said advertisement, i had placed the order for the same set of shirts. The order was received by me on 24.02.2014 and on opening the shipment i was shocked and awed to see what the package contains. It was very hurting and frustrating to see that the shirts received by me were not of the same description as mentioned by you in your advertisement. Also, the shirts is not of the said brand "Koutons" instead is of some third class brand with name and style "Outlaw" for which i had not signed on.

I have been trying to reach your customer care at 0********00 but no one is answering to this call and neither i think anyone is interested in listening to my issue. I feel betrayed and cheated, in more clear terms i feel backstabbed and fooled with this purchase. The only remedy i suggest is to replace the order with one actually matching the description shown in your advertisement annexed below or refund me my money in lieu of this purchase. This kind of attitude and behavior was not expected with a brand like yours. There are many ways of earning money but fooling people and creating fraud is definitely not the correct way.

Kindly replace my order with one shown in your advertisement or refund me my full amount of money spent by me in this "Fraudulent" purchase as this amounts to breach of trust and breach of contract as per law. So, be gracious enough to either replace my order or refund the amount spent.
