Zotezo.com - Order no.100018003

I had placed a small order for at www.zotezo.com on 04 March 2016 and paid Rs.540 through netbanking. The payment was successful, but till date the goods have not been delivered. Whenever we are writing a mail, we are getting an automated reply and that is all. Even if we call the customer care no one responds.
I have requested for refund of the amount but they are not refunding the amount also.
