Xolo - Xolo sold me a mobile which is not at all working

Purchased a Xolo Q3000 from infibeam.com on 22nd July 2014 and received it on 25th July. It never worked right from the very first start-up. All it did was repeatedly restarting. Contacted infibeam. They want a 'dead on arrival' certificate from an authorised service centre of Xolo. When Contacted one in Trichy, they refused to offer dead on arrival. They offered to service the Brand New Mobile and returned it on the next day stating it was set right. But within less than an hour it started to restart again. Again went to the service centre.They kept it for nearly 2 months and now returned. No change in the status of the mobile. Now again deposited it to the same service centre. Xolo is not responding properly. I need working handset with warranty from the date of provision of the working handset and compensation for making me wait for 2 months after getting the full amount.

I bought this phone XOLO Q1000 few months ago and the phone is absolutely fantastic and very smooth. It has all the advanced features High GB Ram, Best Camera, and many more. However once I faced a technical issue in the handset regarding sound problem but my problem was solved very quickly as I called on XOLO Service Center. The Customer Care Executives tackled with the issues and solved within few hours.

Are you facing these types of problems and not able to resolve then contact on XOLO Service Center .The technical experts tends to solve all the issues of customers quickly and instantly. or else you can ask the service center to provide you with different model of XOLO.Try out LAVA XOLO x900 its the best handset to use.

If these type of problems are to be occur you can directly contact on XOLO Customer Service. You can register your complaints and can take solution from that as soon as possible.

But i purchased XOLO Era 2 Mobile phone which have great features with advanced technology.So you can try XOLO Era 2.Its specification consists of 1 GB DDR3 RAM,2350 mAh Battery,Quad Core Processor,12.7(5) Display
