Hello Team,
My name is Gopal Gidwani and my contact number is 9860417120.
On 14th February 2011 I did a recharge of my MTS Mblaze Connection for Rs 999 with my SBI Credit Card through www.rechargeitnow.com . My SBI Credit card was debited with Rs. 999 but the recharge failed. Then I paid cash of Rs. 999 at an authorized service center of MTS and recharged my account.
But the first online recharge failed and my credit card has been debited for Rs 999. So I have made the payment twice: once cash and once from my credit card. Request you to please ask rechargeitnow.com to refund my Rs. 999 which has been charged to my credit card at the earliest.

This clearly shows the payment has been made to rechargeitnow.com and the payment id is 1223365131710450 and the payment has been authorized with reference ids auth=T07432 and ref=104541952469 and following are the track id and transaction id

Request you to ask rechargeitnow.com refund my money of Rs. 999.
I have raised a complaint on their website on 14th February and today it is 22nd February and still I have not received any refund from their side. Forget about getting the refund I have not even got any acknowledgement of my complaint. This is really very poor customer service on their part.
Request you to please look into the matter with some urgency.
