India Plaza - www.indiaplaza.com is a fraud site

I had purchased a book at Online Shopping | Shop Online at India's largest Online Shopping site | Indiaplaza about a week back with order number I08021201697. It has not been shipped till date. The people at customer care never reply.
I have filed 4 tickets on there site asking status of my order but never got a reply. Today, suddenly my order is in cancelled state without any information on refund. I have filed another ticket but i am sure i will not get a reply. The phone number given on site never works.
I am sure this is a fraud site with the intent of looting customers. I am highly disappointed and will recommend others never to use this site.

We regret to inform you that the ordered book had gone out of stock with our supplier and we were trying to source the same from our alternate suppliers. We had canceled your order to avoid further delays and refund would be initiated today and it will take 8-9 working days for amount to reflect in your account.
