Northern Railway - Wrong ticket given by Ticketing Staff

Earlier we have lodged a complaint on 24.02.10, against a ticketing staff of Nizamuddin. The staff has provided a ticket of Rs. 110- where as we have given them Rs. 440/- for 4 passengers from NIzamiddun to Kota Junction of Dt. 23.02.10 vide Railway ticket no. N-23297760. While travelling and on asking by the TT in train we have come to know that in place of 4 pasengers we have provided a ticket of 1 passenger. agsinst which TT has made a panelty of Rs. 1475/- vide rec no 9602751 Train NO 2963. Dt 23.02.10. On reachin to Kota we have made a written complaint at Kota Station and a complaint letter has been posted t Sr. DGM, NRly, (Comm.) New Delhi, Sr. DGM W.Rly, Kota (Comm.) Kota Railway and a copy of the same has been sent to Miss Mamta Banergee, Rail Bhawan., New Delhi. Agsint that the letter from Kota has been forwarded to Sr. DGM, Northen Railway, New Delhi.
On 16.04.10 we have received a letter from Div Railway Manager (Commercial), N.Rly, New Delhi vide letter ref no 12/CT/75-Misc/2010 Dt. 31.03.10. Mentioned to attend the enquiry on 12.04.10 at 11.00 Hrs.
We are hereby stated that as we have receievd the letter after the date to attend for enquiry, you are therefore requested to please look into the matter and inform us for further action.

Complainant's Goal: Refund the balance amount of Rs. 330/- and a panelty amount of Rs. 1475
