I reserved ticket for my relatives Nitin and Hemant Kumar on 30.10.2013 vide PNR NO 261-4851742 at reservation office, Head Post Office, Patiala Branch. It was meant for travel from New Delhi to Vadodara Junction 3AC, Mumbai Rajdhani Train for travel on 03.12.2013. The reservation ticket was not issued with due care. On 03.12.2013 my relatives were astonished and surprised to find that their names were nowhere there in the reservation list. On examining the ticket time and again the ticket was found to have been wrongly issued for travel on dated 03.11.2013.There was a lot of harrassment to my relatives beacause they had to miss the train.It is requested that the matter may be urgently enquired into and the refund of the ticket amount Rs 2950/- may be made to me immidiately.
