Airtel Mobile Karnataka - Wrong Commitments by Airtel Broadband team and Rude behaviour

I applied for an Airtel 2 MBPS DSL broad band connection on 27th June 2011 and the executive who came to collect the application promised me that if i am going for 1299 Tariff plan, They would be providing free wifi modem.The same was recorded in the application form No: 0006449 under Any other commitment agreed upon Airtel representative and amount of Rs.500 was collected from me towards all charges.
When the airtel technician came for the installation he was demanding Rs.1500/- for Wifi Modem and before the technician visited my house i was promised by Mr. Kaleel ( Ph No: ********10) that they would be providing Wifi Modem free.

Since the connection i applied was a comming under Corporate , i interacted with Mr. Anil Kumar of Airtel ( ********50) who was looking at Airtel corporate accounts and he was very rude to me when i pointed out that his executive were not full filling the promises and was telling me that the amount collected from me would be refunded in 45 days.

I wonder if this the way a customer have to be treated.
