My Sister has obtained two vehicle loan from bank Loan account number is LTNAS00011802652. Myself is Co-borrower with here. I have provided my bank details and also cheques to bank agent/officer. I have provided my bank account statement to bank showing that I have kept sufficient bank balance for honoring cheque. But, Bank officer issue ECS in the name of Leena Pandurang kulkarni insteaded of Nitin Pandurang Kulkarni. Therefore, cheque is dishonor by my bank. Then Bank send there agent to collecting cheque from me. I gave new cheque.

When I made an application for NOC for bank they show me that I have to pay bouncing charges Rs 200/- plus 12.36% service tax. which is not my fault. I am ready to provide my bank account statement. When fault is made through bank why they charge me bouncing charges. My second question is whether bouncing charges is charged when cheque is dishonor to technical problem.

I have made lot of follow up for NOC, I have mailed details regarding the same. but no proper solution and guidance receive from bank.
