Tata DOCOMO - Wrong balance deduction from my account

i have recharged with 50,200,50 on 4th,10th and 13th august respectively.the company has wrongly deducted the amount from my account. they are saying that you were in other network and were using internet in roaming.but i have never used internet when i was in other network.
