\"WORST EXPERIENCE AT BIKE ZONE(BHATIA\'s, BODAKDEV, AHMEDABAD\"

I Always get my bike Serviced at CASTROL BIKE ZONE since last 3 Years.

I get repaired my Bike (TVS Victor) from BHATIA CASTROL BIKE ZONE, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. There was Major Expense for Engine work and I paid more than Rs.7000/- for the same. But Even After 3 visits, the issues (For which I paid Money) were not solved. When I got angry than OWNER of the Bike zone Franchise (Mr. Bhatia) came and Started Shouting on me saying \"Bike Service Karwana hai to karao Nahito Dusri Jagah Jao\" and Literaly used ABUSIVE Words.

I was surprised with way the owner behaved with me. In today\'s market every company has to be professional in handling their Valuable customer. I think the Castrol Bike Zone Franchise has gone in Wrong hands which is spoiling CASTROL\'s Brand Image.

I\'ll never ever visit CASTROL BIKE ZONE after this WORST Experience.
