After getting various assurance from your side in written mails and verbal communications with customer care, my address still has not changed in your records.
1. I have applied for address changes on 16th feb with required valid rent agreement copy,
on 17th Feb 11:24 AM i recived a sms from Airtel stating " Update : refrence no. ******** regarding other account update : Address has been updated for your mobile" this msg i got on my mobile .
2. On 18th when i access the my airtel page i saw my old adress reflecting there, then i contact to customer care they assure me that it will update in 72 hours.
3. on 20th Feb i recived a mail and msg that ' your address change has been denied due to expiry of your attached document ( which was my rent agreement ) which is not possible at all because agreement made on Feb 02 2015.
4. then i again mailed and call to customer care and nodal officer,they also assure me to update my address in my upcoming bill i.e 24 th feb.
5. Today again i contact customer care and confirmed about my address change, today also they are saying that your address has not updated yet.
In this stage i cant understand whats is the problem exactly even after getting confirmation from Airtel end, although my documents are the valid, i have a msg confirmation about updation of address from airtel.
Now i feel i had made a big mistake by chosen Airtel as my network supplier, where no one is responsible to resolve a normal request/problem, can you tell me who is responsible for mentally harass and business loss which i faced during these days.
Worst of all, very poor IT systems, no action even after confirmation from Nodal, Appellate Authority and customer executives.
