We have taken a Master Reseller Hosting Plan from Futured Web Services, Bhilai . Master Reseller Hosting Plan was : MR_Plan 3 on our Domain Name : poddarwebservers.com. We have paid them $168 USD as annual charges for the same. This services is taken on date 23/10/2010 as per their Invoice #13214 Dated 23/10/2010. Today is 17/11/2010 - i.e. to say today even 1 month has not been passed, but in a less than 1 month time their server was down for 2 times. Current position is this that this server is down from 7 days and they are not answering our phone calls and avoiding these calls. We are not able to access our account from 7 days. It is totally closed. In this way they are cheating us and doing fraud with us. Their company should be closed and our money should be refunded. plesae post here your bank transiction of refund by FuturedWeb. Why you are hiding the second face of coin? Only you had not suffered , we also had suffered and now with this experience we had setup Server as fast, 100% backup and Guess what more... Steadly from past 7months it has 0% downtime, If you need any explanation then ask our customers.. You will get the real matter. And please growup and show/post whole thing ... Then, let the other's decide that we rae fraud or not. I don't understand why most peoples have same mentality of punching others, You got worst service , due to our and DC fault.. I totally accept it... you posted here.. Thats your job.. we have nothing to do about it... BUT, you got refund... did you mentioned here?? Isn't your job to disclose this?? Don't take it personally, It's my advice to post the real stories.... Choice is yours...

I support this complaint.
The exact same thing is currently happening to me.
I cannot start my company, because I cannot launch my sites, because the server is down and no one is answereing my support tickets.
I only wish that I had did a search on them before I spent the money.
I will be petitioning my bank for a boycot of the funds.
