I would not recommend the Hyundai authorized Advaith ORR workshop for servicing to anyone.

Worst servicing, will damage the vehicle if you escalate servicing issues of theirs. If you love your car then my advice have some better options than Advaith ORR.

I spoke to Madhusudan and Servicing head Veeresh, few of Service Advisories. Instead of resolution for issues they made deliberate scratches on the vehicle and claimed these are not done in their workshop. I'm planning to log a formal complaint as I'm already affected, however hoping atleast it does not repeat to anyone in future.
