Sameer here on behalf of my sister's & cousin's Airtel number want to highlight a concern which we all customers are facing when they call to callcenter. As on ********65 (name-Sameer Khan), we were facing a problem that previously when we purchase this number under the scheme of 15p Airtel to Airtel & 25p to other mobile got deactivated because of incomplete information given by 1 of the agent at call center. As we want scheme to reduce call rates in Roaming and 1 agent informed the scheme but he didnot say that my previous scheme will be deactivated if I rechrge with Raoming scheme, if he would have tell me the same then I wouldn't be taking that roaming scheme and because of that my plan for which i was using Airtel network got deactivated.
So for the same complaint I called to 198 yesterday from my sister's number-********96, and for continuosly 3 times agents had dropped my call when I told them to transfer the call to their supervisor and due to that they have barred my IVR-not able to call to customer care.
PRATIK & JAYANT and the third agent's name i dont remember they put me on hold n told that they are transferring the call to their supervisor and drop the call aftr 2 mins.
If this is the service Airtel will provide in such a competitive market then i think i should switch to different Network provider.
And as i am working for Vodafone I know about the customer service we provide, it is 100 times better than airtel, because here every agent is under observation and atleast their is 1 person alloted to look after them and we focused to avoid such Integrity issue.
Finally i just want to release my calling to customer care for ********96, strict action should be taken against all 3 agents and lastly but not the least for which the problem arises- my plan 15p to Airtel & 25p to others should be activated or else complete my formalities for porting my number to other service provider.

Hi,
Thankz for your cordination and follow-up for the above issue. As we have received a call on ********65 and the person has given the assurance that he will activate the previous government plan on that number.
But I am sorry to inform you that the same government plan of 10p Airtel to Airtel & other mobile at 25p still not been activated on my number-********65.
But I beleive and has all faith that such a big brand Airtel, standing with 98 points for billing & 93 points for Prepaid in a Survey conducted by TRAI for Mumbai circle in this month.

As I checked the scheme of 10p Airtel to Airtel & other mobile at 30p was activated under some government plan & I think before 2 yrs.
And got deactivated from your side.
Therefore I anxiously waiting for your reply

Hi Sameer here,
yaa I received a call from Vijay-he told to get all details and call back on same number, when I call back 1 lady answered the call and told she will arranged an outcall-but I havent received the same.
Hence I am still not satistfied with the follow-up from you guys.
Therefore I want the same government pla of 10p Airtel to Airtel & other mobile at 25p activated on my number-********65.

Hi,
We still not got any resolution on the same. As one guy from Airtel called us in the month of April and told us that he will try his best to activate the same plan and we were waiting wth the hope that we will get the same plan.
But till yet we have not got any further follow-up.
Therefore once again request you to look into the matter, as we have taken that Airtel plan according to our usage.
