My car got accident on 10th of nov which I gave to Morani Hyundai (Jaipur).They told me that they will take atleast 10 days to repair it.In these 10 days they never update the status of the car.On 10 th day when I call them they said they are unable to tell when they can deliver car as they don't have parts of the car I asked them when parts will come they said they don't have any information.I write to mail to HMIL and called 9-10 times to their toll numbers but neither dealer nor HMIL called me.Finally they got the part and agreed the to give me car on 8th of dec but now they are saying that they will give car on 12 th ifyou want your car should be complete in manner.I don't know what kind of aftersales service they are giving.
