I needed maintenance for my water purifier and wirlpool sent an engineer from
PARCHEM AQUA TREAT PVT LTD and they came and sold AMC for my water purifier. (Brown copy of the service request is attached)
for a price of Rs 3549 on 15/7/2010.
After 3 months when no one came for my promised maintenance every 3 month I called the engineer and he said we are no longer in the business of AMC.
Now I am in a limbo, what happens to my AMC so I call customer care center and for the past 3 days the Head of customer care in Chennai is promising that all the paper work will be taken care of and you will get your maintenance.
They are not even giving me a complaint no to follow up with. Mr Joseph who heads Chennai is sometime at lunch and does not return the call.
