Whirpool India Ltd - WHIRLPOOL SPLIT AC - COOLING ISSUE AND FRAUDULENT INSTALLATION CHARGES

We purchased Whirlpool 1 ton AC from Vijay Sales,Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra. After the first installation - the technicians did not test and left in haste. We later found that AC was not cooling and we were getting an error E8 and sent a complaint to Whirlpool. They sent a technician who said there is a gas leakage issue and said he fixed it. The AC worked fine for 3-4 days and were again getting the same error E8 . We again sent a complaint to Whirpool and requested them to send some expert. In spite of repeated requests - the same technician who earlier fixed the issue keeps on calling. He does not seem to have any knowledge and we do not want to have him handle it again.

It's been a month we paid Rs 32,000 for the AC and its still not working. Whirpool should fix this ASAP or refund our full amount.

Another complaint we have is during the first installation they charged us for extra 17 feet Copper Piping. We went to Vijay Sales and they agreed we have been duped and the amount will be refunded after a technical checks it. Since they did not send anyone - we sent a complaint to Whirpool but have not got any response yet.
