As per the discussion @ the Resort in Bandipur (RE Prasad ) and confirmed by Ms Jasmin Monica at Bengaluru (********64) , the cler trip has been authorized and requested to REFUND the amount charged to me for extra adult as only two adults utilized the voucher on June14 -16 2N/3D stay at Windflower resort, bandipur. due to un avoidable circumstances, beyond our control.

On arrival the extra bed aws removed and meal was arranged for only two.ON advance information from us.

as such we were asked to conatct the CLeratrip for refund of excess amount charged for third person. Hence this mail with a request to refund at the earliest in all fairness and in the interest of justice, under intimation to us.
PROMPT AND POSITIVE IMMEDIATE ACTION OF REFUND, shall be highly appreciated.
