BE INFORMED THAT WE HAD PAID RS 10000/- AS BOOKING FEES FOR NEW DESIRE ON 23-03-2012 VIDE YOUR RECEIPT NO REC 11006372/ CUSTOMER ID 118336579 @ RK SABOO, MALAKPET, HYDERABAD
AND MODEL CHANGE NOTICE WAS FAXED (44454571) AND A COPY WAS GIVEN TO & ACK BY YOUR EXECUTIVE , MAHESH(********63).

iNSPITE OF OUR EFFORTS BY TALKING TO YOUR MR ANANA, GM ,& MAIL TO LOCAL MD , SR EXECUTIVE MADHUKAR REDDY ON PHONE, THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.WHICH AMOUNTS TO DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE & UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE AS PER CP ACT 1985.

THROUGH THIS NOTICE WE DEMAND FOR CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING OF ZDI(TOP END DIESEL MODEL ) IN NEW DZIRE IN WRITING WITHIN 3 DAYS FAILING WHICH WE RESERVE OUR RIGHT TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONSUMER COURT , FOR REDRESSAL FOR THE COSTS AND CONSEQUENCES OF WHICH YOU SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

THE VEHICLE IS NOT YET DELIVERED AND OUR CALLS & MAILS ARE NOT RESPONDED
