ICICI Bank Limited - Was horrible about the amount debited from my account

This is regarding the credit card which was not received by me. But the amount of 14 thousand was debited from my account, I have the proof for not receiving the card and the statement of the cards. (statements was received from the customer care after raising the request). In the statement I could see that the amount was debited for ICICI prudential and ICICI direct. Request you to guide me to raise a complaint againt the bank.
