I had booked tickets for myself, my wife & my son from Jaipur to Mumbai Central

PNR 2********5 for train number 12956 (JP-BCT Superfast) travelling date 13/06/2013

The waitlist status at 11:05 on 13/06/2013 was W/L 1, W/L 2 & W/L 3
After the preparation of chart the waitlist status at 12:59 on 13/06/2013 was W/L 4, W/L 5 & W/L 6
I have the two SMS on my mobile phone as proof
How could this be possible ?

I then sent a complaint letter dated 24/06/2013 regarding the increasing waiting list to the Chief Commercial Manager at Headquarter Office, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020 after reaching Mumbai

He then wrote a letter dated 09/07/2013 to CCM(PM), Northern Railway, IRCA Building, Chelmsford Road, New Delhi to examine the matter and sent a copy of the letter to me

They just replied that they are looking into the matter
Nothing happened till date
