vodaphone tamilnadu - vodaphone dealer in Pioneer building, Nagercoil treated me badly

My vodaphone sim card is ********61. I bought some time ago. It was with my wife.
It was not working as it was not activated.
When I contacted yestorday around 1945 hrs at Vodaphone dealer, Pioneer building, Tower junction, Nagercoil about the problem he treated me very badly and said "Dont come here with any complaints" I did not want to create a ruckus and I left quietly.
I request you to look into the matter and reprimand the concerned dealer.
