Respected Sir,

Sub:-Illegal construction on open space of Society’s Road.

Sir, We N J Patel and Mrs.Vadana R Parmar residing at 15 and 17 Radhaswamy Society, Harni-Varasia Ring Road, Vadodara would like to present the following complaint/representation on the above subject matter.

6 meters wide Internal Road of the our Society passing through Block No1,2,3,4,5, 6, ,9,10, ,13,14,and 18 and reaching to our house. But the Owner of Block No9, 10 13and 14 have constructed a wall over six meters internal road which has blacked our passage. This illegal construction does not allow fire Bridger and ambulance to our house. Owner of Block no. 9 has constructed 3 stories building over a six meters internal road covering 4 feet internal road and Owner of Block no. 19 which exactly opposite to block no. 9 has also extended her wall about 3 feet which causes narrowing our approach road to our house. Owners of Block no. 13 and 14 have acquired whole six meters internal road for their own use. Owners of Block no. 1 to 6 have also covered our internal road by constructing illegal expansion of their houses thereby causing rain water blockage and hindrance to traffic flow from in and out of the Society & causing a lot of problem to me and other residence.
In spite of repeated request to President/ Secretary of Radhaswamy Society to take appropriate
action for removing illegal construction but no action has been taken by them because both president
and secretary have covered internal road constructing wall and extending house. President/ secretary
has been requested by Dy. town development officer VMSS and town Development officer VMSS
Vadodara to take necessary action for clearing internal road. In this respect to our JILLA LOK
FARIYAD S R NO 133 dtd 25-6-2012 (copy attached for your reference please)
In view of the above, the constructions of wall as discussed hereinabove is illegal, as per the approved
Layout Plan on Survey Savad No. 373/p, of the Society. It is therefore requested to remove the illegal
construction and open the road for benefit of the entire Society members. We hereby enclosed a copy of the letter who objected construction of internal road because they have done illegal construction on the road .
