Vision Express - Vision Express Coimbatore is cheating people

I purchased a spectacles for Rs.3600 from Vision Express, Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore, but they have given me a lens which is of lesser quality than my specifications. I had ordered for 1.6 index, so i'm supposed to get a lens very thinner. But they gave me a lens so thick which i could get easily rs.500 outside.

I have no idea how i'm going to get it replaced. My advice to all is please never visit such showrooms. I have stopped wearing their lens since it was causing a lot of distortion and my Eye doctor had asked me to stopped wearing the spectacles before it does serious damage to my eyes.
Hope Vision Express gets out of coimbatore soon. It seems its a company part of GrandVision UK.. Hopeless. Titan lenses are far better.
