Today(8th April 2013) new HD connection Activated at my residence.

The reason for writing to you are following:

1.) The HD set top box Model Installed is not having latest manufacturing Month and year.
In other words Set Top box is outdated model of year 2011.

2.) The dish Fix to my residence is also outdated and the word 'HD' not written on it .
At the time of Online application for new connection the latest dish was shown to me at your site showing the words ''HD VIDEOCON D2H'' but the Dish installed is completely different and showing ''VIDEOCON D2H'' and NO ''HD''

3.) I was told by your Area Supervisor that the bill of the 42 metre wire(including 10 metre free) installed at my residence will be delivered to my address today which is also not done so far.
I was charged Rs.12 per meter of wire for 32 metres (Total Rs.384) but the bill not provided.

Please arrange to replace this dish with the one having the word ''HD'' written on it (if possible).
Kindly arrange Bill for 32 metre wire installed today.
