Recently I have seen an Advertisement of Videocon D2h HD settop box connection on Television in which Great Bollywood actor Sh.Abhishek Bachan showed a Videocon HD D2h dish Antena to attract customers.
Accordingly i was attracted to purchase Videocon D2h HD connection online .I made Full payment of Rs.2790 online on 8th April 2013 for Videocon HD connection but I was stunned to know that the HD-Dish Antena Showed on Television and on Videocon website is not available in Delhi NCR .Because of this reason the company installed NON-HD DISH ANTENA in place of HD DISH ANTENA.
I am a victim of Advertisement Fraud on Television because I opted for ''Videocon HD D2h Dish Antena'' but the Dish Antena Installed at my
residence is not the one for which I placed online order.
Now the company officials says that the stock is not available and because of which NON-HD DISH ANTENA was installed in place of HD Dish Antena.
You are therefore requested to intervene and resolve this issue in which the product given to customer is different from product shown on Television.
