My Complaint No. with Videocon is VAR2004100288.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased an Electrolux A.C. from Videocon dealer M/s. Khanna Radio & Sons Varanasi vide bill no. 53008 dated 25th May 2007, however for the beginning 2 years it worked very well but in 2009 it was not working properly and i made the complaint to service center on 16th May 2009 where it was serviced by Lata Services, Varanasi where compressor was replaced and gas charging was done and delivered back to me on 09 June 2009 and was working properly but very soon it again started giving the same problem of not cooling properly and i made the second complaint to service center on 01st July 2009 where it was serviced by Multi Product Services, Varanasi where compressor was again replaced and gas charging was done and delivered back to me and was working properly but now again the same problem is occurring of not cooling properly.
Now my question is that how many times will an AC be serviced in a time span of 11 months and i will need to pay the gas charging and other expenses to your authorized service center because again the service center is telling that i will have to bear the gas charging and other expenses as the compressor needs to replaced once again.
