southern railway - very worst behaviour

sir,
today 5-12-2010 i went to egmore station to send off my grand mother to mayiladuthurai on cholan express.i made her to sit in the last compartment which is partially alloted carriages and for guard but nothing else mentioned(LADIES COMPARTMENT OR DISABLED AND NO PICTURES INDICATING THE SAID CATEGORIES) in the remaining part of the compartment, so many people got confused and few people gents boarded with their families, finally announcement was made for more than three times. the train was not started and there in the platform for more than five minutes, finally GUARD came with few employees from behind the track and start scoulding and one of them is abused the gents who occupied the compartment,then the gents came out and shifted to the other compartments,at that time i was standing in the platform and i approached the employee and asked him why r u talking like this and how can you abuse them look there is nothing mentioned in the compartment, he looked at me very cheaply if a partition is given to a guard in a compartment that rest should belongs to ladies he said , i asked him being an employee that you know but how can you expect the same from the passengers and abuse them for your mistakes,he immediately all employees togeather start abusing me and also about my physical apperarnce ,being a ward of railway employee i feel very shameful, i request the concern offficers to give those people a nice lesson..if u dont do it i wont react the same if it happens once again in my presence, i will take the issue to be noticed by press people .im expecting good response in the near future .
