This is regarding the most and most worst Service I have got done from one of the Bajaj Service Center located at Ghatkopar.
I would like to pen down all the issues that I have faced in the last 3-4 weeks due to the worst service, pls. find all those mentioned below (Attaching the latest bill for reference)
We had handed over the vehicle on 30th Aug 2017 for servicing, during which Mr. Singh had said that he would deliver the vehicle by 1st of Sept 2017. After rigorous follow-up no. of times, he responded saying that there are few parts that needs to be received without which the work cannot be completed... thus it will take a week to deliver the vehicle.
But even after 1 week we did not receive the vehicle, and for few days Mr. Singh did not respond to my call. After a couple of days, he responded saying he will take another week to deliver the bike, and then finally we received a call on 16th Sept 2017 from one of the female staff and she said that my vehicle is serviced and I should take it that day itself, else we will charged for parking on per day basis.
I reached the service center on 16th Sept 2017 to collect the vehicle, and had to wait for 1.5 hours to get my vehicle out. I was shocked to see that the estimate was Rs. 2300 and the bill was about Rs. 5025...and since I had no choice I had to pay the entire amount. While I was taking my vehicle, I observed that my vehicle is not getting started...neither my self-start was working nor I was able to start it by kicking. Again Mr. Singh took it inside and did some thukpatti ka work and said your vehicle is on.
I took my vehicle and rode for hardly 3-4 kms, and the vehicle stopped. I tried kick starting it for another 10 mins and finally it started. I went to feed petrol to my vehicle and then again tried starting the vehicle but could not start the same. At the same time I observed that my petrol was complete;y flowing down and I had to close the petrol knob and had to ride it by walking for around 1.5 to 2 kms... and then showed to a local mechanic. He did something and the vehicle started..so somehow I managed to reach home that day.
The next day 17th Sept (Sunday), I went out with my kid for a ride and again the vehicle stopped running within half a km and I had to leave the vehicle near Tagore Nagar and come back by rickshaw spending my money.
Immediately the same day complain was logged to Ms. Bharti and she was explained the entire situation, she promise to take action on the same.
The next day Mr. Singh along with a mechanic had come to take the vehicle but since they didn't get the accessories, they were unable to take the vehicle. Finally, they managed to take the vehicle yesterday and after taking teh vehicle informed me that I have to spend more Rs. 1500 and get my vehicle serviced.
The most worst thing that I have never experienced with any customer service...pls. read the points below:

My Digital meter (Indicator showing the km/hr & existing fuel in the vehicle) was working when I had handed over the vehicle, while taking it back...it was not working and the same was highlighted to Mr. Singh. And now he is saying that I will have to spend another Rs. 1500/- to get that repaired.
We are not sure what the service center guys have done with my vehicle that I am not even able to ride my vehicle more than 2 to 3 kms at a stretch.
While Mr. Singh was taking my bike, he said he would be servicing it properly and handover my bike the next day itself but I have not got my bike back and he is demanding for more money ow.
WE had given the bike the second time for a general / routine service for which he gave an estimate of 2300 and charged 5100 from me.
Also, in the first service from this service center... the clutch plate work and lot of other engine works were done by Mr. Singh, and now he is refusing that these works have not been done by him.
The most important thing that I would like to share is that I had given my vehicle for servicing few months back before this episode and that is the time when my complete engine was serviced and I was charged around Rs 7500. The vehicle was complete;y serviced and we had taken AMC based on the trust we had on Bajaj Service Center. But my vehicle has become more worse after getting it serviced from your service center (Attaching the previous bill for reference).

I would not pay a penny to get my vehicle back from Bajaj, I would go to any level I am not satisfied with your work and if you people try to fool me during every service.

I cannot go on adjusting every situation and every issue that I have faced because of yo guys.

I hope this mail explains how much I have suffered due to the most worst service from this particular Bajaj Service Centre. If you want to fool us by charging for things which your team has spoiled ... let us know please.
